Mark Chamberlin – President and CEO
Since graduating from Marist college in 2011, I have been in the Estate Planning industry. However, from a very young age I wanted to be an entrepreneur. I got my feet wet at age 12 when I started selling sports cards on eBay. Then, as I got older, I began purchasing WWE collectibles. That quickly evolved into collecting pops and then selling pops on various platforms. My “why” in life is my autistic brother who is a diehard WWE fan and forever a kid at heart. My associates call me “Mark Cuban” since I’m always down for a fair negotiation and deal!
When I’m not buying and selling pops - I play baseball, basketball, softball and volleyball for 7 teams. To relax, I enjoy landscaping, hiking, watching sports and working out. My favorite movies and shows are: Dumb and Dumber, Step Brothers, Mars Attacks, Law Abiding Citizen, Saved by the Bell, Boy Meets World, AHS and 24.

Nicholas D. Azadian – VP of Operations
Waddup Pop Nation! As noted above my name is Nichoals Azadian and I’m the VP of Operations here at Pops Grading Services. You know that friend that tries to get everyone together for BBQ’s and weekend getaways, that’s me. A simple man who enjoys the little things in life. I have a beautiful daughter who's growing smarter and wiser every day. We watch football together, go on hikes, fish in the ponds and jump on trampolines. Notice how I mention football first, yeah, the NFL is my passion and the Dallas Cowboys are my team (say what you will). Everyone has that thing, and for me, when fall rolls around, I hate to say it, but I’ll gladly sit on my couch all day Sunday and watch every single game on three or four screens. I don’t want you getting me wrong though, family came first and it always will. When I’m not doing a million things to get your Pops out to you, you know where I’ll be!
For those of you who care about that professional stuff; I am a proud SUNY New Paltz Alum from the Business School dual majoring in Finance and Business Management. After four years in the Estate Planning world building advanced spreadsheets, CRM portals, and marketing campaigns I decided I’ve had enough of that 9-5 b.s. Now I make my own hours and work only on things I am passionate about. That being said, I never thought Pops would be on that list. Well, it is and I couldn’t be happier!
Justin DiCola – VP of Technology
Hi, my name is Justin and I’m an IT professional based in Poughkeepsie, NY, who specializes in systems administration and technical support. I have over 8 years' experience in this field, working at all different levels of the industry.
When I’m not fixing IT issues you can find me spending time with my friends, family, and dog, playing video games (RPGs, Shooters, 2k), watching movies/TV (I have that thing where I rewatch my favorite shows over and over again), or playing/watching sports. (Knicks/Jets fan, why do I hate myself). I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone in the Pop community and share our love for all things collectible and nerdy.
Justin Paden – VP of Business Development
Hey Pop Collectors! My name is Justin but everyone calls me JP. A lifelong collector with a love for all things pop culture, I bring both passion and experience to my role at Pops Grading Services. With a background in education, I’ve always been driven by a love of teaching, learning, and helping others grow—which naturally fuels my approach to building lasting relationships in the collectibles world.
When I’m not connecting with fellow collectors or developing new ways to grow our business, you’ll find me spending time with my amazing wife and two kids, watching my favorite soccer team Tottenham Hotspur or spending time outdoors. I thrive on challenges and believe that every conversation is an opportunity to learn, connect, and move forward.
Paul Scardino – VP of Media
My name is Paul Scardino, a.k.a - The POPthusiast, and I'm a 2x Guinness World Record Holder for the Largest Funko Pop! Collection and a video content creator. I started collecting Funko Pops in 2015 and enjoy sharing my collection with others around the world. I believe we all share more in common through our passions and pop culture than we realize and that collecting is a bridge to connecting with others.
I'm also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been in the mental health field for over 15 years. I'm married with two daughters and a dog. I also enjoy reading and collecting comic books and my favorite Pop! In my collection is the original She-Ra.
Vincent Spiconardi – VP of Grading/ Authentication
Hey hey! My name’s Vinny and I’m the main grader for PGS. I have an extensive knowledge of many things pop culture related. I’m excited to extend that passion into my career. I have a huge collection of action figures and comics that I love to display. Before starting this, I worked for the NBA as a replay operator as well as for the Brooklyn Nets.
In my free time I love spending time with my son and being outside. Basketball is my favorite sport. I also enjoy video games, Television, and movies from time to time!
